Wendy Day is a mentor and consultant for hip-hop artists. In 1992, she founded the Rap Coalition, a not-for-profit organization helping artists navigate the industry more advantageously. She also founded the consulting firm PowerMoves, which advises artists and independent record labels on options without sponsorship by a major record label.

Diana Rodriguez is the CEO & Founder of Criteria Entertainment, a full service talent company across all genres, covering all Hispanic markets, as well as leading the Mercado Negro management division. She was the first female to be appointed to the top post of a major U.S. Latin record company, when she was tapped as Senior Vice President of EMI's U.S.-based, Spanish language division, Capitol Latin.
