Independent pop star Madison Rose says success includes looking at when it’s time to DIY or bring in a team.

“If you’re at a certain point (in your career) where you’re like ‘I cannot grow anymore’ that’s when you need to add team members... it takes a village,” she said. “You need strategic partners to work with to scale (your music career).”
